We know that a weekend at a chalet often includes relaxing with a glass of wine, and since we value quality ourselves, our chalet wine cellar is filled with the very best that the family winery Vysoké Pole in Skalica has to offer.

Welschriesling
Dry
Clear yellow colour with delicate golden reflections. The residual sugar is well integrated into the wine, enhancing its structure. The wine is dominated by ripe white fruit with hints of citrus, aromatic herbs, and minerality. Medium-bodied, juicy, with fine acidity and a long fruity finish. An excellent Slovak Welschriesling from Vysoké Pole.
Best enjoyed with: fish, fried seafood, and it also pairs well with white meat or vegetable salads.
Grüner Veltliner
Dry
Colour, aroma, taste: Rich greenish-yellow colour. Pleasant, expressive aroma of vanilla and hazelnuts with a herbal note of dried herbs. Medium-bodied, spicy and herbal on the palate, complex and harmonious with a long finish. A distinctive Slovak wine from Vysoké Pole.
Best enjoyed with: grilled vegetables, chicken dishes, and sweet desserts.
Chardonnay
Dry
This wine was produced using the sur-lie method, meaning it matured for 5 months and was regularly stirred on its own lees. Thanks to this process, the wine gains more extractive substances such as mannoproteins and polysaccharides, which enhance its structure and complexity.
It has a light yellow colour and a delicate creamy aroma of vanilla pastry with a subtle fruity note. The taste is well balanced, thanks to the ideal ratio of residual sugar, acidity, and extract. A refined Slovak Chardonnay from Vysoké Pole.
Best enjoyed with: chicken dishes, salads, and fish.
Devín
Semi-sweet
This light yellow wine has a light, fresh, and harmonious taste with an intense fruity sweetness. Elegant and pleasantly aromatic, it is a beautiful expression of a traditional Slovak variety from Vysoké Pole.
Best enjoyed with: cheeses, vegetable appetizers, nuts, or sweet desserts.
Frankovka Modrá Rosé
Semi-sweet
This complex rosé, with its cherry-pink colour, is suitable for further bottle ageing. Its intense fruity aroma is the result of rapid reductive processing, while the spiciness comes from 70-year-old vines. The subtle sweetness and full body reflect the high ripeness of the grapes, and the harmonious acidity ensures freshness and juiciness. A distinctive rosé from Vysoké Pole.
Best enjoyed with: grilled vegetables and pork steak with green pepper sauce.
Frankovka Modrá Frizzante
Semi-dry
This Frankovka Frizzante will enchant you with its beautiful light raspberry-pink colour. An elegant aroma of wild strawberries and raspberries, topped with fresh whipped cream. Juicy fruity flavours of small forest berries are complemented by gentle bubbles that add freshness and make this wine perfect for enjoying with friends — always well chilled.

Frankovka Modrá
Dry
The deep ruby colour of this wine is подчеркed by its intense spicy aroma supported by fresh cherries. The taste is a unique combination of spice, fruit, and oak. The wine comes from a 70-year-old vineyard planted with the original local Frankovka clone known as Lampart.

Nitria
Dry
This wine has a clear purple colour and a moderately intense bouquet of small red berries complemented by notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied, with more pronounced tannins, dominant fruitiness, and a long, spicy finish. A distinctive Slovak red from Vysoké Pole.

Rimava
Dry
This wine is characterized by its dark purple colour with a ruby rim and an expressive bouquet of dark fruit, smouldering wood, and black pepper. The full-bodied taste is highlighted by firm tannins, moderate acidity, and a fruity-spicy finish. A bold Slovak red from Vysoké Pole.

Skalický Rubín

This wine is characterized by its ruby-red colour and a balanced aroma of stewed cherries, supported by the spiciness of red pepper.
