Although the kitchen in our Woodpark chalet is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and various kitchen utensils, we believe there will be days when you simply won’t have the time or the desire to cook.
Near the chalet — in Valčianska dolina, Valča, and the surrounding area — you will find several excellent restaurants that we are happy to recommend.

Humno a Hunt Bar & Restaurant
The restaurants are located directly in the Snowland resort in Valčianska dolina. Pleasant seating, a fireplace, a bar counter, and gourmet specialties prepared for you will certainly not disappoint. The restaurants are open all year round.
If you decide to go skiing in Snowland, refreshments are available at four snack bars located directly on the slopes.

Hostinec pod Hrádkom (Zizzi Pizza)
If you’re in the mood for pizza, you can stop by Hostinec pod Hrádkom (Zizzi Pizza). They also offer pizza delivery, so you can simply call and have your meal delivered directly to the chalet.

Restaurant Pohoda Valča
A newly opened restaurant, Pohoda, is located at the beginning of the village. You’ll find convenient parking as well as a children’s playground, so the little ones won’t get bored. The restaurant offers a varied menu.

Restaurant Drevená dedinka
The restaurant is located in the village of Benice, about 5 km from the chalet. It offers Slovak dishes made from high-quality ingredients sourced from local growers. They also think of families with children, providing children’s chairs and cutlery, as well as a kids’ corner with toys and coloring books.

Restaurant Hotel Impozant
In Valčianska dolina, next to the slopes of the Snowland ski resort, you’ll find Hotel Impozant, which also has its own restaurant open to non-guests.
